Totally Tastey Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 6 oz. cans of white tuna in water 1 cup of unsweetened coconut1/2 cup diced celery1/4 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
Directions
Drain the tuna
Combine all ingredients.

This can be served on a bed of lettuce
or
makes a great sandwich in your favorite tortilla wrap
or
add sliced red and green grapes (adjust nutritional info)

Makes 2 1/2 cups
