Spaghetti with meat, zucchini and Carrots

3 Tbsp Olive Oil10 cherry Tomato/ regular tomato sliced3 cloves Garlic and 2 tsp minced garlic1 large Onions chopped2 Tbsp Basil2 Tbsp Oregano3 can's of Italian syle tomato dices1 large Zucchini chopped 2 large carrots shredded or chopped1 lb lean ground beed /Turkey116oz package of Whole Wheat Spaghettti Pasta
In large sauce pan, combine Oil, basil, 3-garlic cloves (pressed down with spoon and dash salt to make paste), oregano, 1/2- lg onion chopped/slice to your preference, and slice tomato saute down. Once sauteed add 3 cans-Italian diced tomato. Then put in food processor or blender to make sauce. Put in large 8Qt. pot on low with lid
Brown you meat, add, chopped Zucchini, Chopped Carrots and other 1/2 large onion, and 2 tsp minced garlic. Cook until meat brown and zucchini done ...Then drain.
Add Meat/Zucchini/Carrot Mixture to sauce. Turn heat to simmer with lid ( may need to add a little water to keep from sticking)
Follow package instructions for pasta. once done , drain and mix in 8Qt pot with sauce.
**add more basil and oregano to your taste
