Ingredients
I cup watermelon cut in small cubes0.5 cup feta cheese2 cups romaine lettuce2 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp olive oilsalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Combine watermelon, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar and pepper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Prepare romaine lettuce in salad bowl. Add olive oil and salt to taste. Add watermelon mixture and toss. Enjoy!
