Roasted Garbanzo Beans (low sodium, low fat)

1 cup dry garbanzo beans (not canned)
Soak in water overnight. Rinse and cook in a saucepan with enough water to cover till soft inside, about 30 minutes. Place on non stick cookie sheet (with edges so the don't roll off). Roast at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Roast longer if your like them crunchier.
You can add spices or seasonings as desired. Try curry powder or Italian seasonings.
One serving is a large handful of garbanzos, or about 1 ounce (about 40 beans)
