Garlic Ginger Sauce for Salmon

4 garlic cloves1 oz fresh ginger root1/2 cup honey1/3 cup soya sauce1 cup orange juice
Cut salmon into steaks of fillets. Put garlic, ginger, honey and soya sauce into a blender and process until smooth. Add the orange juice and blend again.
15 to 30 minutes before cooking (grilling or broiling) the salmon, marinate the fish in a plastic bag.
Drain marinade into a sauce pan and cook on med high to reduce.
Grill or broil the salmon. Garnish with a bit of the cooked marinade and thinly sliced green onions or chives.
