Tuna Loaf

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 c. milk1/2 c. panko bread crumbs1 t. dill weed1 T. lemon juice1/2 t. salt1/2 t. pepper1 t. thyme1 can tuna, drained and flaked1 onion, finely chopped
Directions
1. Beat egg in medium bowl until frothy.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring after each addition.
3. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

    I made it....It was tasty but I would tweek it alittle....I would use 2 cans of tuna...didn't have alot of tuna taste...I tasted the dill more than anything. I would make it again. - 8/20/09

    I'm not a big tuna liver but this was amazing!! We tweaked it to our liking by doing a double can of tuna, 1 1/2 onions, half a red bell pepper and half a yellow bell pepper. Spicy brown mustard just sets off all the flavors. Thanks :0)) - 10/6/12
