Ingredients
4 cups of shredded cabbage 1/2 cup carrot, shredded 1/4 cup minced onion 1/4 cup light mayonnaise 1/4 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon sugar or honey1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt dash pepper
Directions
The cabbage is best thinly sliced into shreds with a sharp knife. Cut the cabbage in half, remove the core, and slice it across the bias, into thin strips. You can shred it in a food processor if you prefer, but it won't be as good. The carrot can be shredded on a cheese shredder, and so can the onion, or put them into the food processor too. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the cabbage, carrot and onion and mix well. Chill before serving.

I made this with 3 cups green cabbage and 1 cup red cabbage. Used fat free Greek yogurt. Added an apple, chopped and also 2 celery sticks. About 1 tsp of Mrs. Dash. Took it to a family potluck and got rave reviews. The sauce was so creamy and delish. Will absolutely make this again. - 2/10/13

Now THAT is how you do creamy coleslaw!! This is not the funky tasting low-fat dressing recipes I've tried before. I am happy to say that fat-free original yogurt has the creaminess and the tanginess that is needed in a dressing. Thanks for the recipe. - 5/23/11

This recipe is excellent. I was a little leary with it being so low in calories and fat but even my husband enjoyed it! Nothing has compared to his grandmothers but this is really yummy!! - 6/10/09
