Chicken enchillada casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast20 corn tortillas2 cups chopped onion1 cup chopped garlic2 cups green chillis (canned)
Directions
It's really simple: first, just layer the bottom of a large casserole dish with the tortillas until the pan is covered. Next, using a large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients except the cheese and mix thouroughly. The remaining tortillas that were not used to line the pan should be crumbled and mixed into the rest of the ingredients. place this mixture in the casserole dish and then cover the top with the cheese. Makes 8 2 cup servings.
