Asian Shrimp Slaw

Ingredients
8 oz. cooked shrimp10 oz. package shredded cabbageFat-free sugar free Asian Dressing
Directions
Use small shrimp or shred larger shrimp in a food processor Mix well with the cabbage. Add as much of the following Asian Dressing as you like (it's 1.3 calories per tablespoon)! Makes 2 main dish salads or 4 side dish portions. Nutrition information is for 2 servings, so if serving 4, list this recipe as .5 serving.

Variation: Wrap up in Lettuce leaves and serve as a Lettuce Wrap

Asian Dressing - Fat Free, Sugar Free
1/4 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or Lite Soy Sauce)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons grated ginger root
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 packet steva (or other no- cal sweetener to taste)
Chili Powder, or crushed red chilies to taste (optional)


Mix all ingredients together in a jar with a screw top lid and shake well. Makes about 14 tablespoons.
