BEEF STROGANOFF

2 lbs. Beef choice and lean6 Tbs. Butter1 Cup of onion , choppedOr, a little garlic10oz. Beef Bouillon3Tbs. Flour2Cups Sour Cream ˝ lb. Fresh mushrooms1 cp. Red wine Pepper and salt, to tasteDill, Fresh (optional)your choice of rice or noodles
1. Cut the beef in little pieces.
2. Sauté in butter.
3. Add the garlic until golden.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Bring to a Boil.
6. Over low heat, add the wine and sour cream until well combined.
7. Serve over rice and top with snipped Dill.
