1 package Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style Veggie Protein1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans, rinsed very well1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce1 small onion, chopped
Cook beef veggie protein, then add to crockpot along with beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and onion. Add spices of choice. Cook on high for 2 - 3 hours.
