Best Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour1 tbsp baking powder1 egg1/2 cup sugar1 1/2 cup all bran cereal1/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 tsp salt1 1/4 milk
Directions
Makes 12 muffins.

Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl. In a separate large bowl, combine all bran cereal and milk. Let stand 3 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil, mix well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 lightly greased muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve as a snack or with fruit for breakfast.
