I used Fiber One bran cereal, made into crumbs, along with Old Bay seasoning. And just sprayed the Basa Swai fish with Olive oil spray and dredged that in the crumb mixture. I try to make this at least once a week, with leftovers to take to lunch. - 6/19/09

this recipe was very easy and good. We added a little bit of lemon to each one for a little more flavor. Served it with one cup of couscous and asparagus - 7/18/09

I have such a hard time cooking fish. This is a great recipe. I subtracted one star just because I think that the seasoning mixed with the bread crumbs needs to be adjusted a bit. I'll probably add some additional spices next time. - 5/3/10

It was OK. My kids liked it...I was hoping it to be a little crispier. I just sprinkled Old Bay on mine to give a little extra flavor. I'll make it again because it was a hit with the kids. - 7/7/10

I really don't know how to make fish and have made it about five times in my life. We were given some trout so I used that. I used cracker crumbs, and added a dash of garlic as well. Thanks for the great recipe! - 1/26/10

Delish! Used tilapia, panko for the breading, and old bay seasoning. DH loved it, and I actually had the leftovers for the next two days for breakfast! Served with "fries" (sliced up a baking potato into fries, sprayed with olive oil Pam, and seasoned with Trader Joe's everyday seasoning, & squas - 1/22/11
