Whole Wheat bread from the Bread Machine

1 1/4 cup water1/4 cup light margarine1 egg2 1/2 tbsp sugar1 1/2 tsp salt2 2/3 cup bread flour1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp yeast
Add all items to the breadmachine, according to manufacturers instructions (mine says liquid first, so I add items in order of liquid, sugar and salt, flour, and then yeast). Remove the dough upon completion of the dough cycle and split it in half. Roll each half into a rectangle with a rolling pin on a floured surface and then take the rectangle and roll up like a jelly roll. Fold the ends under the loaf and let rise on a floured baking sheet for 30 min. Repeat for other loaf. After rising, place loaves in a 400 degree preheated oven for 15 min or until golden brown.
