shredded mexican cheese, sour cream, bell peppers and tortia chips
Directions
brown chicken in oil. add stock , tomato sauce, corn(drained), taco mix and bell peppers. bring to a boil simmer for about 5 mintues then add rice cover and remove from heat for 5 mintues fluff rice with fork and top with cheese and sour cream and tortia chips
