Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb of shrimp, peeled1 bag frozen stir fry veggies1 Tblsp Sesame oil1/2 cup to 1 cup chicken broth3 tblsp soy sauce3 tblsp worcestshire sauce2 garlic cloves, crushed1 tblsp ground ginger1 tblsp cornstarch (or less if desired)
Saute the frozen veggies in sesame oil until no longer frozen.
Add soy sauce, worcestshire, ginger, garlic and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp and continue simmering until shrimp is cooked through.
Push shrimp and veggies to the side and add cornstarch to the liquid. Simmer until desired consistancy is reached.
Serve over brown rice and enjoy!
