Seafood Quinoa

Ingredients
Quinoa (12 oz. box)Stewed tomatoes (1 can)Zucchini (1 small can)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup slicedGreen Peppers 4 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (to taste) Scallops 8 oz. ( I used frozen baby scallops)Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz (I used frozen baby shrimpWater, 2 cup (approximate, as I did not measure it out)
Directions
Add all ingredients in a large pot and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes. Serve and eat.
