Steamed Scallops with Vegetables

Ingredients
8 oz. scallops (this is about 6 small pieces)1 cup cubed yam1 cup sliced carrots .25 cup broccoli.25 cup cauliflower.25 cup snap peasseason to taste with saltless herbs and spices and zero calorie butter spray
Directions
The new Ziplock steam bags are great for this recipe. Put all ingredients in the bag and add seasonings. Take care not to fill the bag above the fill line. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove and let rest for 1 minute. Open the bag carefully on one corner and drain the liquid. Pour contents of the bag on a plate and enjoy!
