SPRING ROLL SALAD

Ingredients
cellophane noodles, chicken, peppers, carrots, asian sauce
Directions
Soak cellophane noodles in hot water.
Shred cooked chicken, carrots, peppers.
Chop mint and cilantro.
Mix vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, chile garilic sauce and lime juice.
Mix all together and sprinkle with peanuts.
