Low Carb Flax Crackers

Ingredients
1 cup ground flax meal1/3 cup parmesan cheese1/2 cup wateryour choice of spices, I use garlic salt
Directions
Mix ingredients in bowl.
Spread onto silicon mat, 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 1.5 inch squares.
Bake at 400º for 15-18 minutes

Store in unsealed bag
