1 lb whole grain spaghetti1 lb fresh or frozen spinach2 TBS butter1/2C skim milk1/2C grated Parmesan
Cook spaghetti according to directions on box.
Steam spinach until wilted. Put in blender and blend on high. Add milk and cheese to make a sauce. Toss cooked spaghetti with butter and then with spinach sauce.
