Zucchini Pancakes

Ingredients
*Zucchini (Shredded), 1 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)*Colonna Parmesan and Romano Grated Cheese, 2 tbsp (remove)egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)*Helman's Low fat Mayo 1 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Grate zucchini and carrot and let drain for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix flour, cheese and spices in one bowl and eggs and mayo in another. Stir the wet and dry mixtures together and fold in the veggies. Cook like a pancake.
