1 tbsp olive oil140 g salami, cubed800 g canned tomato1 bulb of fennel, sliced1 tsp fennel seed2 cloves of garlic, sliced325 g spaghetti (dry)
add oil to the pan and fry the salami, garlic and fennel seeds for about 5 minutes. Add the fennel and fry for 10 minutes. Add canned tomatoes and let it simmer for about 30 minutes
In the mean while, cook spaghetti as described on the package.
