LC Lazy Lasagna (12 NCs)

Ingredients
16 Oz. Dreamfields LC Pasta - Elbows26 Oz. Hunt's No Added Sugar Sauce, cooked al dente5 Sweet Italian Sausage Links, boiled & sliced thinly (1 NC each)2 16-oz. containers Whole Milk Ricotta1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded & seperated2 tsp Italian Seasoning1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.

Mix the hot, cooked pasta & can of sauce together and let set. Pasta will absorb some of the sauce.

Mix the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, and seasonings in a small bowl.

Layer 1/2 of the pasta & sauce in bottom of casserole dish. Drop ricotta cheese mix by the spoonful over the pasta and spread out to an even layer. Top cheese with the sliced sausages. Layer the remaining pasta & sauce over the sausages. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake for 30 mintues. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into 8 portions.
