shrimp delight

Ingredients
2 lbs shrimp , peeled, deveined3 cups instant rice, brown1 can campbells cheddar cheese soup1 can campbells cream of mushroom soup2 medium onions , diced2 tsp garlic
Directions
clean shrimp, cook rice , saute onion,garlic,w/ 1/2 stick parkay. open soups add to cooked shrimp mixture, add rice mix well .heat oven to 350 . melt stick of buter in bottom of 9 x 13 pan pour shrimp mixture into pan sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30 min. serve w/ salad opional
