Tanya's Tuna and Vegetable souffle

Ingredients
3 can tuna in water500 g mixed vegetables1 large onion chopped125 ml grated cheddar cheese2 eggs250 ml fat free milk125 ml flour5 ml baking powderspices to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Place tuna in greased baking dish.
Pack vegetables on tuna and cover with onions.
Sprincle cheese over. (do not mix)
Mix together eggs, milk and spices, add flour and baking soda mix well.
Pour egg and flour mixture over the tuna and veggies and bake for 30 min or untill golden brown,
