Ingredients
perch (one fillet per person)green peppers 1/2 tbs chop fine italian dressing 1/2 tbsponion 1/2 tbs chop fine
Directions
take about a tbsp of italian dressing and spread it over both sides of fish fillet. take onion & bellpepper (optional) and spread evenly/thin over one side of the fillet. take a toothpick and roll the fillet and prick it to keep it in its roll. (for added flavor and calories wrap with bacon) add 50 calories. place on hot grill for about 5 minutes or until brown, turn once for additional 5 minutes.
for added flavor and spice chop a small shrimp and place in the fillet roll. and/or mushrooms.
