Farro Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 cup farro, dry3 cup water1 1/2 cup water1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup cranberries1/2 cup feta crumbles1/2 cup celery, diced1 small yellow pepper, diced1 can Bumblebee Tonno in olive oil, drained1/2 cup Newman's Own Light balsamic dressingsalt and pepper
Directions
Soak farro in 3 cup water for 30 min. Drain well. Put into pot with 1 1/2 cup water and broth and cook 15 min till tender to bite. Drain and cool. Add remaining ingredients to cooled farro. salt and pepper to taste. Serves 5

    Fixed this recipe today for supper. It was very easy to put together. It was the first time I tried farro.
    I followed the recipe, except I added a little chopped red onion and I'm not a big fan of balsamic dressing so I substituted Zesty Italian dressing. Both my husband and I enjoyed. - 2/18/18
