Baked Talapia

Ingredients
Thawed Talapia (8 oz.)1 Tbsp of unsalted butter (per fillet)"pinch" of Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning (or your own favorite seasoning)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
In a sheet of foil, place the Talapia down and sprinkle seasoning to lightly coat fish, then add pad of butter.

Wrap fish loosely and bake for 35 min. Remove from oven, unwrap and allow to cool for 3 min. Serve with favorite side and enjoy.
