Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients
4 cups flour1 cup water1 tbsp yeast1 tsp salt2 cloves garlic grated1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated (optional)1 tbsp dried basil2 tsp ground oregano
Directions
combine all ingredients in a stand mixer or bread machine. Knead for 10 minutes and let rise for at least one hour. Turn out onto floured surface, seperate into 4 sections. Roll out each section into a 12-14 inch circle, bake on a baking sheet in a 350 oven for 10 minutes. At this point it can be frozen for later or add toppings and cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
