Slow Cooker Green Chili Chicken Enchilada Casserole

2 4 oz cans chopped green chiles1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup1 10 oz can green chile enchilada sauce1/4 cup light mayo12 6" corn tortilla cut into strips3 cups cooked shredded chicken1 15oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed2 cups reduced fat mexican blend shredded cheese2 large tomatoes chopped1/2 cup light sour cream
spray crockpot with cooking spray spread 1 can green chile, in a bowl combine 1 can green chile, soup, enchilada sauce and mayonaise
place 1/3 tortilla strips, 1 cup chicken, 1/2 cup beans, 1/2 cup cheese, 1 cup enchilada sauce mixture repeat the layers twice reserving 1/2 cup cheese
cook on low 6-7 hours
remove lid sprinkle with remaining cheese cover cook an additional 5 minutes
serve and top each serving with some lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream
