German Oven Pancake

Ingredients
1/2 Cup flour3 eggs slightly beaten1/2 C milk2 T butter, melted1/2 t salt
Directions
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Gradually beat in eggs with rotary beater.
Stir in milk, butter and salt.
Pour into cold, greased, ovenproof skillet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
This will puff up so make sure there's room.
