Saipan Salmon

Ingredients
*Lemon Juice, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Atlantic Salmon (fish), 20 oz (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
Slice onions thinly. Cut up salmon into small pieces about 0.5 to 1 inch pieces. Mix lemon with salt and pepper; add onions and salmon and let sit in fridge for about 4 hours. Enjoy with some steamed rice if you like! Makes about 4, 1-cup servings.
