"Nuthin' But Bran" Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup oat bran1 cup wheat bran1 teaspoon baking soda or 1 teaspoon baking powder1 cup nonfat plain yogurt1 egg1 egg white1/4 cup Splenda1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
preheat oven to 375F
mix brans, baking powder, and Splenda
mix yogurt, egg and egg white
mix two mixtures
fold in blueberries
divide among 6 LARGE muffin cups
bake for 15 or more minutes (up to a half hour) or until muffins bounce back when touched
