This was just Awesome!! I used extra virgin olive oil instead of canola oil. Loved the flavor and it so easy to make. Definitely doing this one again. - 1/30/11

This fish was amazing. I made it for my mom her husband and my son. I used flounder cause it was on sale. But the almond crust is great. Very good tasting and easy to make. Thanks! - 8/29/10

The crunchiness and taste of the coating was a nice contrast to the tender fish! We didn't have any mustard to coat the fish, so we used diluted egg instead, worked just fine. - 5/29/10

Delicious. We rarely ever fry fish - usually bake. Hubby really liked the Dijon mustard. - 3/22/21

My daughter, also on SP, made this and raved about it so we tried it and just loved it! I, too, didn't have the mustard on hand and use egg whites and it's superb! I tell everyone I know about it. - 11/9/10

Really good! I rarely cook fish because I haven't got a clue how to make it taste good but this was easy and delicious. Had to use more oil - 1 Tbsp wasn't quite enough to do the job on both sides - 9/19/10

It sure looks like this is the recipe I need to try. I guess I should know this since every one seems to be gettin' but me, but this looks like 2 cups of Almonds. I know that can't be, so how much of the almonds should I use? Thank you. - 8/31/10
