soy protein bars

Ingredients
2 tbsp of honey1.25 cup of crunchy peanut butter3 cups of oats5oz of raisens1/2 cup of ground almonds1 cup of soy protein
Directions
Put all contents in large bowl. Mix with hands. Keep a cup of water on the side. If contents are too dry, add a little water at a time. Contents should mold together like cookie dough. 1oz bars or balls make a good meal or snack.
Put bars/balls in refrigerator for 1 hour. You can also freeze
