Ingredients
1- CAN OLD EL PASO GREEN CHILE ENCHILADA SAUCE1- CAN SLICED BLACK OLIVES3- 1/4 CUPS OF 2% SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE6- LOW CARB TORTILLAS2- 1/2 POUND BAGS OF JOHN SOULES CHICKEN BREAST FAJITA MEAT

FIRST TAKE THE TWO BAGS OF CHICKEN AND HEAT THEM UP IN A SKILLET. I ALSO SOMETIMES ADD PICO DE GALLO TO THE MIXTURE FOR MORE TASTE.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350

TAKE HEATED CHICKEN AND PLACE IN TORTILLA, PUT A PINCH OF CHEESE IN EACH TORTILLA AND ROLL.

PLACE IN BAKING DISH, POUR ENCHILADA SAUCE ON TOP OF ALL 6 ROLLED TORTILLAS.

SPREAD BLACK OLIVES AND THE REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP.

COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. MAKES 6 SERVIINGS.
