Zucchini Pineapple Loaf

Ingredients
Combine -2 eggs2 egg whites1 cup sugar1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup apple sauceThen add -1 cup shredded zucchini1 cup crushed pineapple undrainedCombine - 2 cups flour2 cups whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 cup walnutsCombine wet ingredients with dry. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 oven or until done.
