Creamy Cold Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Tomato, 1 medium (chopped)Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cupZucchini, 1 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, .5 cupScallions, raw, 2 medium Basil, Fresh, 5 leavesOlive Oil, 1tsp Pepper, blackSaltGarlic, 1 clove
Directions
Chop tomato, zucchini, red pepper, scallions, basil and garlic and put in blender. Add 1/2 cup plain, low fat yogurt, olive oil, and dash of salt and pepper to blender and puree until mixture is liquid. Pour into bowls and serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
