Individual Low carb smoothie

Ingredients
Place the packet of hot chocolate, crushed ice, and two or three of the above FROZEN fruits. Then cover with water and blend. Yum.
Directions
Makes one Magic Bullet mug full. Although it says 33 carbs, this includes all of the fruits and you can only fit two or three of them in at a time, so normally the carb count wouldn't be higher than 33. A plus is that you can blend it to the consistency you like -- chunky, creamy or almost liquid. It all depends on the time you blend and the amount of frozen fruits and crushed ice.
