Basic Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
3 Cans Pink Salmon (undrained)1 Cup Crushed Saltine Crackers.5 Cup Chopped Onions3 Large eggs1 TBL Lemon Juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mixture will have a slightly runny texture but will firm up when cooked.

Grease loaf pan and divide evenly between pans.

Bake for 45 minutes or until done.

Makes 2 loaves (6 servings each)
