Spicy Mackerel Cakes

Ingredients
Ingredients:Mackerel, Chicken of the Sea, 1.66 cup (15oz can)Eggs, Large, Egg Land's Best, 1 large eggJalapeno Peppers, .50 cup, slicedOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 tspPepper, Cayenne, 1 tspSalsa, Chipotle Medium, Safeway Select, 8 tbspTobasco Sauce, Chipotle, Smoked Red Jalapenos, 4 tsp Bread, Whole Wheat, Double Fiber, Orowheat, 2 serving
Directions
Toast the bread and tear into small pieces. Drain Mackerel (I saved some juice to flavor while cooking) and chop onions.

Add everything together and mix - form into hamburger sized patty and cook over medium high heat in a olive oil sprayed pan until both sides are browned and cooked. Enjoy - I did!
