Apple Oat Pancake

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats1 scoop whey protein powder1 tsp cinnamon3 egg whites1/2 apple, chopped
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with a fork. Add 3 whites and apples and mix together. Spray skillet with non-stick spray and cook over medium heat until golden brown, then flip over and cook other side til done.

    I tried this for something different for breakfast. It was surprisingly good. I used chocolate protein powder and the apples gave it sweetness. I'll definitely make it again. - 11/8/07
