Hoisin Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
2.½ Tbsp. Olive Oil ½ Tbsp. Sesame Oil12 oz. Beef, top sirloin, thinly sliced 4 minced Garlic cloves 1 Tbsp minced Ginger Root ½ cup sliced Shallots4 cups Broccoli3 stlks celery3 Tbsp Light Soy sauce 2 ½ Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
Directions
Heat oils in pan over medium-high heat; add Beef and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add Garlic, Ginger and Shallots, stir-frying for 2 minutes.

Then add Broccoli and Celery, stir-frying for another 2 minutes.

Finally add Soy and Hoisin sauces, for additional 2 minutes or until Broccoli is tender yet crisp.
