Sausage & Cabbage

Ingredients
1 head Cabbage, sliced, bite-size4 Smoked Sausages, chopped, bite-size1/4 tsp Sea Salt1 tsp Pepper, black1 tbsp olive oil2 tsp red pepper2 tsp Emeril's Essence
Directions
Bring cabbage to a quick boil for 5 minutes. Drain well and set aside. Add oil to a pan and bring up to tempature. Give the sausage a quick sear and add the cabbage. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper, and Emeril's Essence.

Cook for 5-10 minutes.
