Pear & Brie Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices fiber one whole wheat bread, toasted1 tsp dijon mustard1/4 tsp honey1 oz brie cheese1/3 medium pear, thinly sliced
Directions
Combine mustard and honey; spread on toasted bread. Top each slice evenly with cheese. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Top evenly with pear slices and serve immediately.
