Almonds, raw, 1 cupBrazil nuts, raw, 0.5 cupCashews, raw, 0.5 cupPumpkin seeds, shelled, raw, 1.5 cupSunflower seeds, raw, 1 cup Cherries, unsweetened, dried, .5 cup Dehydrated apple slices, 1 cupGoji Berries, dried, 0.5 cup Raisins, organic, 1 cup
Note: Nuts should be raw and unsalted. Dried fruits should be organic (this guarantees no sulphur) and unsweetened.
Wash hands Thoroughly. Cut brazil nuts and apples into smaller pieces. Then put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. If, usage will be within a few days can divide into 1/3 cup serving sizes and fill snack size bags. Otherwise I recommend storing in glass jars for maximum freshness.
