Ingredients:Whiting (fish), 155 gramsAtlantic Salmon (fish), 90 grams Mashed Potatoes, 5 cup *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 0.06 cup Light Flora (UK), 20 g Milk, 2%, 1 cup
serve 4
boil and mash 4 large potatoes, set aside, steam fish for 5 -7 mins and flake in a bowl. Melt flora in a pan, add the flour to make a rue, slowly add milk to make a smooth sauce.
Combine sauce with fish and place in an oven proof dish, top with mashed potato and cook on oven for 20mins until top is golden, serve with green vegetables.
