Ingredients
1/4 c bell pepper 3T light salad dressing 1T lemon juice 1 (7.10z) pouch bonless pink salmon(chicken of the sea) 1/4 c. egg beaters 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. onion optional
Directions
combine bell peppers onion salad dressing andlemon juice.stir in salmon ,egg and 1/4 c. of bread crumbs. form into patties 1/2 inch thick and roll in remaining bread crumbs. spray nonstick skillet with non stick spray and fry until golden brown. makes 3 servings
