Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds1.5 pounds ham steak, cut into cubes1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Soup Can Water1C shredded cheddar cheeseGrill seasoning to taste
Directions
~Layer potatoes and ham into slow-cooker
~Combine soup, water, cheese and seasoning in a large bowl, pour over potatoes and ham.
~Cover. Cook on High 3.5 hours or until potatoes are fork tender.
~Reduce clow-cooker to low and cook an additional 1 hour.
